Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return shipping instructions.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the rubber mulch is secured in its original packaging and stacked on the original pallets, as our freight partners require stable loads for transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Freight Collection

  Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate a freight carrier to pick up the materials from your curbside or loading dock at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to verify they are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund minus applicable restocking and freight fees.
